The Invisible Angle

The Invisible Angle

Every market has an angle nobody is looking at yet.

The applied AI studio of Dragan Kovačević. I find overlooked opportunities, architect the solution and build working products with AI, from the first idea to measurable impact.

The real sky over Belgrade, computed live

An antique brass key with an electronic circuit and a chip in its head

An angle is a relationship, not a thing.

You cannot touch an angle. It exists only where two lines meet, yet it decides the shape of everything built upon it. Opportunities behave the same way: they live between a technology and a habit, a need and an offer. My work is to find that space and give it form.

i

Look between the lines

The most valuable insight is rarely new data. It is a new angle on what everyone already sees.

ii

Build to learn, fast

AI lets an idea become a working product in days, not quarters. A prototype answers questions a plan cannot.

iii

Test it like an investor

Every venture is stress-tested from the investor's chair and reworked until it holds, before it ever reaches yours.

Two ways to work together.

Some partners want to run a business that is already designed and built. Others want AI applied to the business they already run. The studio serves both.

For investors and operators

Take the lead on a ready venture.

I author and build ventures with AI, then entrust each one to an operator who takes majority ownership and runs it. I remain its author, a minority shareholder and its creative director, so the vision stays intact while you scale it.

  • Designed, built and documentedYou begin with a working product, not a slide deck.
  • Offered in pairsOne venture quick to launch, one deeper and slower to mature.
  • Shared upsideOwnership terms are agreed per venture and shared on request.

For companies

Bring applied AI into your business.

From a single workflow to a complete platform, I design the solution around your real constraints and deliver something your team can use.

  • AI solution architectureWhich problems AI should solve, how, and with which tools.
  • Working prototypesA tested, usable first version instead of a long specification.
  • Venture and product strategyPositioning, business model and launch plan for new lines of business.
  • Investor-grade reviewAn independent stress test of your project before you pitch it.
Describe your challenge
